Upsall Grange is great!! The facilities are excellent and there is everything there you could imagine. It has a wonderful social side with people of all interests and abilities. I have two ponies at Upsall and I have been a livery there for just over two years. Although it is quite a large yard, its very friendly with lots of people willing to give advice and help when needed. That's not to say you can't have peace and quiet, you can, it's really up to you. There are always plenty of activities for the children. My two daughters have both a regular jumping and dressage lesson every week. My friends have commented on how much their riding has come on since moving to Upsall. The facilities at Upsall are second to none. I can let my children go out around the all weather track on their own knowing that they can have a really good ride without leaving the yard boundaries. There is always plenty of turnout both in the summer and winter, with safe and secure fields. Being a busy working mum the horse walker is a godsend when I have 3 horses to muck out on my own!! I must also say that Pat, Rob and Richard are now more than just the yard owners and are now more like friends helping out when needed. We all love being at Upsall. A good all round friendly yard. Rob, Pat and Richard Dickson are always available when required and will assist you in any way. You would have to go a long way to get the facilities that are available on this yard, also value for money.
I like Upsall Farm because it's a lovely place to ride, it has everything you need. If you ever have a problem there is always someone to help and I have made lots of new friends. |
